Creating Wine Magic!

As you could see from the video presentation, not all Wines are Equal and not all Wines are Truly Fine Wines like ours. Now let me tell you about a fabulously Huge Wine Event we shared with a lot of people. Many were in attendance, others shared in an online Zoom Room. We hosted several hundreds of Wine guests!

I’ve got to tell you about the Fine Wines we had for our “Wine Magic Event”

This was a full arrangement of several wines for more Taste Events to delight the palate. Create your own event, your guests will Really enjoy it. These were the Wines we offered.

  • More Than Muse Rose
  • Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
  • Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
  • Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Adele Zinfandel
  • Ricord Merlot

Each wine had separate glasses but you can have White Glasses and Red Glasses to start out slow and easy. Just wash and dry the glasses as you move through the evening. You can even have a glass for each wine to allow the Tasting to occur in all sorts of combinations.

Oh the Food, let’s talk about the Pairings!

Charcuterie Board. Bring the salty meats like salami, pepperoni and ham. Then bring savory meats from plain to seasoned Turkey and/or Beef with Olives, Capers, Jams or Jellies, Nuts, and my favorite….fruits! Melons, we love cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew and casaba. Berry me always! Strawberry, blueberry, cranberry, raspberry and they can be fresh or dried. And don’t forget apple slices! Pick an apple, any apple, especially your favorite apples.

Appetizers/Starters. Skew me tender. Skewered BBQ Chicken, shrimp, beef….there are no bounds for your event! Salad people! A good Blue Cheese or Caesar Dressing can make the Wine flavors an “Event”. Make sure the dressings are on the side.

Mains. Flow with your heart to your favorite Fish Dish. M-o-o-o in the cows for beef. Serve a simple Roast to Prized Prime Rib and who doesn’t love a good steak. Sometimes a simple salt and pepper seasoning brings the best Meat and Wine blend to the “Tasting Event”.

Dessert. Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Merlot’s bestfriend for a pairing is Dark, Rich, Deep Chocolate. Try Chocolate cake or simple chocolate pieces on a plate.

Our Wine Magic was ready with our selected Wines and Food.

  • We Began. Starting with the lights to heavies. We began the Charcuterie Board with The Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio and More Than Muse Rose’. This got anyone new or experienced to open up their tasting palates and to enjoy the flavor combinations.
  • Moved into the Starters. We had Salads, Skewers of Shrimp and Charcuterie to Hearts Content. We then moved into the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir. We went into the reds and for many, Reds are wine faves after all.
  • Then we moved into the Mains. This allowed for the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon to be added to the Tasting Fun. This was Wine Magic in “SPADES” at this point.
  • Dessert Time! The Ricord Merlot and the Chocolate Cake and pieces of Chocolate sent the Tasting to full “Diamonds”. This was a well and full rounding of this Wine Magic Event!

Continue as The Wine Magic Event Allows. So if there are wines left in your event, let the pairing and experimentation of taste combinations continue. The lighter wines can be paired with the heavier foods and desserts, or try the Charcuterie tasting with the Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zin and Cab!
